Ponytails and bread?

Here's a great recipe for breadmachine bread. When I made this last week, I added just a tiny more water and put in a couple shakes of grated parmesan. I also subbed 1/2 a cup white whole wheat flour and then just 2 cups bread flour. I used the 1.5 lb loaf white bread setting with a medium crust. It was really tasty dipped in olive oil/balsamic vinegar/ground black pepper dipping sauce. Ours was soft and moist on the inside with just enough crust.
I'm making it again for a dinner tomorrow!
